This is my favourite green juice recipe. Ideally, you’ll use a cold-pressed masticating juicer to prepare it. Since I don’t have one, I use my Ninja blender. To store the juice, I use glass mason jars with handle from the dollar store and plastic lids I got for them at Canadian Tire. It lasts about 3 days in the fridge.
2 medium apples 1 whole stalk celery 2 cucumber 1/2 thumb ginger root
1/3 lime 1 bunch parsley
2 cups spinach
Cut all ingredients and throw inside blender. Blend for as long as needed until the mix has a smooth texture. Strain using a cheesecloth, divide per serving, enjoy a glass and store what is left in the fridge or freezer.
